This position is responsible for managing the sales force in the Northcentral Region to achieve the regional sales objectives across product lines. The incumbent is responsible for the selection, training and development of the sales team, implementation of sales goals including product mix by territory manager (in alignment with corporate objectives), creation of a strong sales team that supports each other across product lines, and developing and maintaining effective relationships with dealer partners including government and school representatives.
