This position operates multiple moderately complex machinery for production parts and basic fabrication tasks within assigned area under minimal supervision. Works with established instructions and support from the Unit Specialist or trainer. The position is responsible for set-up, operation and troubleshooting various manual/CNC machines, secondary machinery and polish equipment.

The Remote Sites Manager develops and oversees the implementation of effective strategic plans at designated domestic and international (non-Newberg, Oregon) site locations to support local the facility and overall corporate objectives, with emphasis on production and supply chain management, financial management, quality, and safety, while ensuring that all the facility practices are in compliance with all relevant local laws and overall corporate policies and guidelines. This position oversees the selection, training, utilization, evaluation, and development of local facility staff in a manner consistent with local facility and overall corporate culture, policies, and guidelines.
